The 51 on Forest Drive Lodge group consists of three separate apartments, the Forest Apartment (one unit with two double bedrooms), The Tuscany House (3 private and separate apartments, namely, The Santorini Suite, Provence Suite and the Tuscany Apartment) and the Thyme on Forest House (3 private and separate apartments, namely the Crystal Suite, Diamond Suite and the Platinum Apartment).

Not for the faint of heart, the daily buffet is laid out on the restaurant area and includes savoury favourites, the likes of smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches, smoked salmon grissini, and sweet temptations from chocolate confectionery, to petit fours, cupcakes, scones, and assorted cakes.

Open for dinner, the Chef's Table caters for a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 10 people for a 4-course dinner, which includes sparkling wine and canapés on arrival and a personalised menu.
